We love creating public art installations, so we were thrilled when The Gantry approached us to create a light-driven installation piece for the 2021 holiday season. We chose to create an abstract installation featuring geometric prisms with dichroic glass panels so that we could get a dynamic lighting effect during the daytime and solar powered lighting so that prisms could be lit at night.

Discovery
We conducted site surveys to determine how the space was used and to provide insight on how we could transform the space
Design
We provide three rounds of concept designs to the building's management
Fabrication
We fabricated six prism structures which were equipped with dichroic glass panels and solar-powered light fixtures.
Installation
we installed the prism structures in a gathering space near the entrance of the building
